Seller must be present and responsible for all showing appointments where home is not vacant and available to show using lock boxes. Agent is not responsible for multiple on site showings with clients or cooperative agents and vendors. Fee is for the Listing side only. Seller may be responsible for the Buyer Broker Fee.

Basic package +  two additional open houses and on site support during  inspection appointments.

Recommended for homes over $1,000,000

All above services with multiple private in person showings, Zillow Showcase and open houses to be determined and agreed upon prior to listing contract agreement and acknowledgement. 

• All prices reflect the listing side of a transaction.

• All agents at Flat List PDX are located Licensed and insured in the state of Oregon. 
• Buyer Agency Compensation is not included in these services .
